Billing
- Trips are billed directly to the customer’s credit card or corporate account.
- Accepted payment methods include American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club.
- When applicable, gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges. It will appear as an itemized charge on the billing statement.
- Parking
- Ferry costs
- Cell phone usage
- Administration fee
- Driver meals and/or overnight accommodations (when required)
Rates
Point-to-Point Travel Standardized flat-rate pricing is available for travel within the Greater Miami area. Hourly Travel- Applied when a point-to-point rate does not exist.
- For reservations outside the city of Miami, an additional 30 minutes of travel time each way will be billed, in addition to passenger time in the vehicle.
- Billing is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Wait Time & Stop Time
- Grace Period: 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Beyond Grace Period: Wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Private Flights & Trains: As monitoring capabilities are limited, wait time will be billed for any passenger arrivals delayed more than 15 minutes.
- $15 per stop(Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines)
- $25 per stop(Buses)
- Stops exceeding 5 minutes are billed at wait time rates.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Sedans, SUVs, Vans, and Limousines- Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of base fare + gratuity.
- Cancel within 12 hoursof pickup: 100% of base fare + gratuity.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ noticewill incur the full hourly minimum.

Payment Terms
- 25% deposit due upon booking.
- Agreed additional charges will be processed as the reservation progresses.
- If paying by credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total.
No-Shows
A fee equal to the base fare + gratuity + applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, please contact: 305-404-1000 or 305-404-3000 immediately if you are unable to locate your vehicle.Additional Conditions
- Imperial Transportation shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues.
- Imperial Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle.
